At long last that famous British ‘mustn’t grumble’ attitude is starting to come to an end. It’s about time - we’ve all been putting up with poor food in restaurants, poor service in shops and poor communications from estate agents. Now the tide is turning, and the Property Ombudsman has a bit of work on his hands, because in 2010, he received 1338 complaints about estate agents.
